Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ailora website, unified authentication, and other platform services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

App-Specific Terms of Service

Each Ailora application (e.g., Chalk, OneCard, Vibe) has its own separate terms of service, provided within the respective application or on its website. When using a specific application, you must also comply with that application's terms. These terms apply to Ailora platform-level services; specific rules for each application are governed by that application's terms.

Acceptable Use

You must use our services lawfully and reasonably. You may not engage in any activity that violates laws or infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect violations, without prior notice or liability.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by force majeure, third-party actions, your conduct, system failures, data loss, or similar. Our liability is limited to the amount you have actually paid for the services.

Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
